Interior treatment as needed: focused on confirmed activity zones only. We do not apply product to areas of the home that show no activity or risk. If you are seeing pests in specific rooms, tell us and we address those areas directly.
Dewebbing: eaves, corners, and exterior web zones are cleared on every visit. This removes harborage for spiders and reduces the insect prey that sustains them.
Targeted treatments for specific pests: if your property has a known scorpion pressure, rodent entry points, or persistent cockroach activity, we address those conditions as part of the general service or recommend the right add-on service for more focused treatment.
One-time or recurring service: general pest control works best as a recurring quarterly or monthly service because pests rebuild pressure between visits.
